Author Talk: Dr. Karen Goodman on Music and Music Therapy Collection

Dr. Karen Goodman, Professor Emerita of Music Therapy at Montclair State University’s John J. Cali School of Music, will present a talk celebrating the 286 music therapy book collection she gifted to the university. We invite the Montclair community to attend!
In her talk, Dr. Goodman will discuss the specific contents of her collection, divided into 17 categories, all of which interrelate with the interdisciplinary study of music therapy. At this point, the music therapy and music therapy related holdings at Montclair State University total 327 print books and periodicals and approximately 435 eBooks and eJournals.
When: Tuesday, February 11th, at 4 p.m.
Where: Room 021, lower level of Harry A. Sprague Library on the Montclair campus
This will be the first event in a series of author talks the Sprague Library is planning.
