The Vision Reimbursement Program allows full-time employees and eligible dependents to receive a one-time reimbursement for lenses purchased in a designated two-year contract period.
Note: The current reimbursement period runs from July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2025.
Full-time employees and eligible dependents are entitled to a one-time reimbursement for lenses purchased in a designated two-year contract period as follows:
- Up to $45 for Eye Exam/Co-pay
- Exam must be by an Ophthalmologist or an Optometrist.
- Up to $80 for Single Vision lenses or contacts
- Up to $90 for Bifocals/Trifocal lenses or contacts
All requests must include an itemized receipt to be eligible for reimbursement.

- Up to $40 for Single Vision lenses or contacts
